Real Talk - Stronger Together: Queen.gr’ s event dedicated to breast cancer prevention

Queen.gr successfully organised its first small-scale summit titled "Real Talk - Stronger Together" and dedicated to raising awareness and educating the public regarding breast cancer.

With the importance of Prevention serving as the key subject, survivors, surgeons, researchers, oncologists, psychologists, psychotherapists, technologists and patient support professionals came together to share the common message that the more we focus on prevention and education, the closer we come to a world without the fear of breast cancer.

The event, held at the overflowing with guests Maria Callas Museum, was greeted by the Deputy Minister of Health, Mrs. Irini Agapidaki, who among other subjects referred to the National Programme "Fofi Gennimata”, which aims to ensure early diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer in women, as well as by the President of the Panhellenic Association of Women with Breast Cancer "Alma Zois", Mrs. Paraskevi Michalopoulou.

The event took place with the kind support of Affidea Diagnostic Centres, GE Healthcare, MSD, AFIS, and in collaboration with Alma Zois, furtherly strengthening the mission of supporting every woman in Greece.
